When you join EEA, you become a part of a larger community of concerned and active people. Your membership will connect you with myriad resources, curricula, events, and activities focused on environmental education.

Our members are environmental education professionals - nature/museum staff, outdoor interpreters, government employees, parks and recreation staff, corporate outreach employees, teachers, students, and other professionals that wish to support environmental education in Georgia.

Below you will find the four categories for membership in EEA.  If you are joining us for the first time, please select the new member application form under the appropriate category.  Existing members from any of the categories may renew their dues using our Dues Renewal form (requires login).  If you are logging in to our new website for the first time or have forgotten your user name and/or password, simply click "forgot your password?" on the login page and your information will be emailed to you. 

Membership Levels 

  • Student ($15/year) and Individual ($25/year)

    Benefits include:
    • Networking - opportunities to share ideas with other environmental professionals.
    • The Link newsletter -quarterly information on educational resources, training opportunities, legislative issues/updates, organizational news of interest and grant resources.
    • Special Events and Field Trips organized especially for Members.
    • Discount to attend the Outdoor Learning Symposium (member price)
    • Discount to attend the Annual Conference (member price)
    • Discounts on Green Teacher magazine subscriptions.  Receive $2.00 off a one year or $3.00 off a two year subscription.

  • Nonprofit Organizations ($100/year - benefits for up to five people or $200/year - benefits up to 10 people)

    Benefits include the above listed student/individual plus:
    • One free exhibit at the Annual Conference and Outdoor Learning Symposium with member paid registration per event.
    • 10% discount ONLY on early bird member price for Annual Conference and Outdoor Learning Symposium registration per member.
    • Listing, link, and description on our website as a non-profit member.
    • Special EEA Member Trip partnered with your organization.
    • EEA Board Member liaison to assist you with your membership benefits and communications with EEA

  • Corporations ($150/year - benefits for up to 5 people)

    Benefits include the above listed student/individual plus:
    • One free exhibit at the Annual Conference and Outdoor Learning Symposium.
    • ONE free registration for ONE member to attend the Annual Conference and Outdoor Learning Symposium.

    • ONE free registration for ONE member to attend ATEEG Core Course 1 (early bird cost; no lodging covered)
    • 10% discount ONLY on early bird prices for Annual Conference, Outdoor Learning Symposium, and/or ATEEG registration for remaining members.
