Jackie Sherry has a Bachelor’s degree in Forest Resources and a Masters degree in Natural Resources both from the University of Georgia. In between the two, she worked as a season environmental educator at the Rock Eagle 4H Center. While completing her Masters, she worked for the Athens-Clarke County Water Conservation Office aiding in the development, implementation, and evaluation of water-related activities for the county. After graduate school she worked as the the Program Manager at the Dunwoody Nature Center, overseeing the field trips, nature classes, camps, and other educational programming at the nature center. Currently, she is back with the Athens-Clarke County Water Conservation Office as the Program Education Specialist teaching everyone from preschoolers to senior citizens how to conserve water.
